Guests are picked up at Florence airport or the city’s Santa Maria Novella railroad station.
3 pm: Transfer by minibus to the property. Accommodation in the Villa or Farmhouse followed by aperitif of welcome, dinner and consignment of the materials required for cooking
Around 9.30 am: cooking practice. Guests will be invited by the chef to help in the preparation of the programmed recipes.
Around 1 pm: lunch with the dishes prepard. Break.
6 pm: tasting typical products and dinner
9 am: trip to Florence with a visti to the market of San Lorenzo.
Aperitif at the famous Caffè Gilli,
Lunch in a typical restaurant in the center.
6 pm: return to the Villa and dinner with food bought at the market in Florence.
Cooking practice and lunch
5 am: trip to Siena. Dinner in a restaurant in Piazza del Campo
Early afternoon: meeting with a master pastry cooker to learn the preparation of traditional Sienese recipes. Medieval evening with costumes, dinner and fire-eating display.
In the afternoon, cooking practice followed by tasting of Brunello di Montalcino and olive oil.
Meeting with a shepherd to learn how make pecorino and ricotta.
Lucnh with sheep products and fine white Tuscan Wines.
5 pm: preparation of the final dinner with ravioli di ricotta, etc..
Breakfast and transfer of guests back to Florence.
